Your Leverage noms look OK now (I can still only approve a few at a time without errors, it looks like, so I haven't got to the point of ticking them off yet) except that "Past Affects A Job" feels slightly more like a plot prompt to me. I think it's the specificity of "a job", to be honest. Is there a way to have it as something like "Difficulties Caused By Encountering People Who Knew Them In The Past" or similar?
