Only, I'm seeing approved fandoms in the set that don't have both.
If there are any missing in the tag set as it is now, that's (most probably) a slip on my part or (just possibly) an AO3 bug disappearing them between one stage and the next.
I will be doing a very big pass through the tag set at the end of nominations that will help me identify that sort of issue (along with the inevitable wandering tags, etc.) but do let me know of any you've spotted so I can get ahead of fixing them and slightly reduce the amount of work to do at that stage.
