Person is accused of killing someone with magic. They have motive, abilities to do so and no alibi. But they also know their laws and are charismatic enough to get out of the interrogation room freely.
I'm really interested in how the investigation of murder case could work in an urban fantasy setting and what are the laws related to crimes where the magic was used. What are the laws about using magic in general? Exploring main character, accused of breaking them would be great too. Did a character actually commited a crime can stay a mystery, but I'd love to see what are police suspicions about character motivation and the way the dead person was murdered. Maybe the accused person is actually innocent but can't tell their alibi because that time they were involved in some other criminal activity? Or they are guilty and really good at getting out of difficult situations?

Original Work - Superheroes

Two completly normal at the first sight people fall in love and get married. They meet each friends and family. Maybe they have or adopt a children. Or a dog. Just a happy married couple. Several years later one of them discovers the truth- his loved one is villain/hero they are sporadically seing while saving/conquering the world. They are not in conflict with each other and never were, but the one of the couple that finds out decides to go to therapist with their wife/husband. By this they reveal their identity to their loved one, but don't tell they know about the others secret and leaves it up to them if they would want to tell about it. And because of this their whole life changes.
With this I'm mostly interested in characters in a couple. Why the hero become hero and what are the villain motivations for what they are doing? What is the villain goal and methods? How having someone special in their life changes the point of view of each married person? If they have a child or a pet- what changes because of it? Are the friends and familly they presented to significant other the real friends and relatives? If they are, how does the reveal affect them or community, as someone may know secret identities of other heroes or villains (like what if their closest friends are the greatest superhero in the universe and his mortal enemy but they all meet to play darts friday nights or something?) And most important how does the reveal affect the couple relationship and their lifes, daily routines etc?

WB: Chosen Ones (OW - F/SF), WB: original divination system (OW - F/SF), Oracular Assassin (OW - F/SF), The Chosen One (OW - F/SF), Fanfiction
Assassins are trained whole life to fulfill a prophecy of killing the chosen ones. Some will murder evil sorcerers, some mad kings. Our main character is destined to kill person, who is supposed to bring the end of assassins. They leave the temple, travel, fight, wonder and cry and almost die because of the exhaustion. They are found by a child who takes care of them and helps them get better. Assassin discovers that the kid, who helped them and who happens to be a most innocent child they have ever seen, is their target and in the future will bring the doom to whole cult of assassins and propheters. Will the assassin kill a chosen one as they are supposed to do and save people they grew up around, or help the chosen one survive, the same way destabilising order of the cult and beginning chain of events leading to it's destruction? Are the kills reason the events supposed to happen by prophecies happen?
