I am about to nominate His Dark Materials and I would like Book of Dusk to be a separate fandom as I'm also about to nominate Once Upon a Time in the North as a separate fandom, too. Either that, or rename it to "HDM (all works)" so it's clear anything and everything should be included, but since HP/SW/ST are broken out, there's no reason this can't be either. His Dark Materials is the name of 3-book series. Book of Dust is a separate 3-book series.
