On my approvals screen, after some character tags, I have the following:
Hatoda Ako | Hardgore Alice/Himekawa Koyuki | Snow White Hitokouji Kanoe | Pfle/Totoyama Mamori | Shadow Gale Ono Nene | Clantail/Tatehara Chika | Pechika Tanahashi Himari | @NyanNyan/Totoyama Mamori | Shadow Gale
and no "Worldbuilding: [...]" tags at all.
Perhaps they're someone else's nominations? Or nominations are getting crossed over between tag sets? I'm not sure. (The character tags I can see don't include "No Characters" or "Original Character(s)" either, but I'm happy to add those in if necessary. But it does make me wonder if these noms have wandered in from some other exchange's tag set that's playing by more usual rules.)
