I didn't nominate it, so I don't know what the unapproved tags are, but the Magical Girl Raising Project having just (Anime) at the end of the canonical fandom tag is just a weird quirk of how AO3 handles Japanese fandoms - it should really be "Novels & Anime" if they want to be so specific. The series began as novels, and the anime is a faithful adaptation of the first, and there's already a novel-only character in the tag.
