I think I'm going to fix actual errors like the ones you're finding (thank you!), but leave things like occasional inconsistent disambiguations alone, for the sake of my sanity.
Just spotted Mad Max is missing No and Original Chars! (Chrono Trigger was missing one of the two, can't remember which; I am hoping I don't miss any as I work down making the spreadsheet.)
