Letters giving details of your requests/prompts/etc. are not required (requests will be visible throughout sign ups), but if you do write one, you can leave a link here so that other people can find it easily. Treats are very much encouraged in this exchange, and letters are often a good way for potential treaters to find potential treatees.

Re: AO3 Worldbuilding Exchange
Date: 2017-02-02 02:40 am (UTC)The Discworld info doesn't need to be added.
Sorry for stepping on any toes. This is my first time using this Dreamwidth site and I wasn't quite sure how to go about it. Even though I love to write, I have only participated in just one exchange before. Therefore, I am still pretty new at it and unsure about how to disseminate all of the information.
I am excited, though! I have already started on both of my stories since the kids are in bed and my hubby is working out of town!
Thanks again for your help! :)

Date: 2017-02-02 07:55 am (UTC)(For what it's worth, I personally don't think there's any harm in letters that are entirely cut and paste of the AO3 requests. It can sometimes seem a bit unnecessary, but a lot of exchange participants are very used to working via letters, whereas AO3 requests being set to visible is not at all universal across different exchanges, especially not all the way through the process.)
ETA: And your own letter is a much better place for any anon conversations you might want to have (though you might have to play with your settings to allow them; they're off by default in dreamwidth these days IIRC). But I didn't say that officially.
