Letters giving details of your requests/prompts/etc. are not required (requests will be visible throughout sign ups), but if you do write one, you can leave a link here so that other people can find it easily. Treats are very much encouraged in this exchange, and letters are often a good way for potential treaters to find potential treatees.
If you want to advertise your letter, leave a comment on this post with at least:

Re: AO3 Worldbuilding Exchange
Date: 2017-02-01 11:43 pm (UTC)1. If you are writing for the HP fandom for me, feel free to disregard the epilogue of DH because I always do. LOL! I really feel that under no circumstances are Hermione and Ron a suitable couple. I don't bash Ron. I just don't like him with her. However, I do not like adultery in stories or RL, either, so please don't go there. (Also, I just wanted to let you know that since I disliked the epilogue so much, I have never read Cursed Child.)
2. If you are writing for the Discworld fandom, have fun! I honestly don't think that you can go wrong there. Really anything can fit in that - as long as it is lighthearted and borderline ridiculous! ;)
3. If you want to ask me a question or clarify something, feel free to leave me an anonymous question in reply to this comment. I check my email all throughout the day, so you should get a fast answer.
At any rate, I can't wait to see what you come up with for me! Thank you so much in advance for all of the time and effort that I know that you are going to spend on this! :)

Re: AO3 Worldbuilding Exchange
Date: 2017-02-02 12:31 am (UTC)If you like, I can edit your prompts to include these bits of information, and then drop your assigned creator a line to let them know that they've changed slightly.
(For what it's worth, I know direct conversations between anon creators and recipients do happen in exchanges, but they're a bit of a grey area, so I'd rather they didn't happen here on the comm itself; anyone who does want to ask ANGSWIN anything, please send me an email/dreamwidth message and I'll happily act as a go-between.)
And for anyone coming across this in the wild, ANGSWIN's requests are towards the bottom of the first page of the requests summary when sorted by Prompter.
Re: AO3 Worldbuilding Exchange
Date: 2017-02-02 02:40 am (UTC)The Discworld info doesn't need to be added.
Sorry for stepping on any toes. This is my first time using this Dreamwidth site and I wasn't quite sure how to go about it. Even though I love to write, I have only participated in just one exchange before. Therefore, I am still pretty new at it and unsure about how to disseminate all of the information.
I am excited, though! I have already started on both of my stories since the kids are in bed and my hubby is working out of town!
Thanks again for your help! :)
Re: AO3 Worldbuilding Exchange
Date: 2017-02-02 07:55 am (UTC)(For what it's worth, I personally don't think there's any harm in letters that are entirely cut and paste of the AO3 requests. It can sometimes seem a bit unnecessary, but a lot of exchange participants are very used to working via letters, whereas AO3 requests being set to visible is not at all universal across different exchanges, especially not all the way through the process.)
ETA: And your own letter is a much better place for any anon conversations you might want to have (though you might have to play with your settings to allow them; they're off by default in dreamwidth these days IIRC). But I didn't say that officially.
